The Allura Homes Referral Program is only eligible to persons with a U.S. tax identification number who refer a homeowner that (a) signs an Allura Homes vacation rental management agreement and (b) Allura Homes has the property listed on its website for at least six calendar months, where the subject property is located in a state that permits payment of referral fees to unlicensed persons.

If eligible, the referrer will receive up to $3,000 USD, depending on the size and scale of the property and local market, paid via ACH or check after receiving a W9 and other requested information. Please allow 4-6 weeks from the date the referred home becomes eligible for processing.

Earn up to $3000 for every homeowner referral
Here’s how it works:
Receive $500 when you refer a client when they sign their contract and their home is live on our platform. Receive a $500 per room bonus for each bedroom beyond the first after the referral’s sixth month on the platform. So, a two-bedroom referral would be $500 at signing + $500 at month six. A six-bedroom referral would be $500 at signing + $2,500 at month six, for a total of $3,000.
